Celestial Pearl Productions aims to create experiences to be potentially enjoyed by anyone & everyone, and this includes all of the people of planet Earth. However, this website is originally written in the English language, which leaves out a great many people that I really want to reach! For this reason I have provided a translator at the top of select pages of this website, a widget courtesy of one of my favorite companies, Google. Simply select your language from the list above and then (hopefully!) Google should provide you with a pretty good translation of what I've written.

Products

Celestial Pearl sells items featuring Pearlian designs on the websites RedBubble, Zazzle, Etsy, and Society6. If you purchase Pearlian items through these websites, then your orders are subject to the policies, terms & conditions of the respective website (e.g. orders made through Zazzle are subject to Zazzle's Return Policy and Shipping Procedures, NOT Celestial Pearl's). With that being said...All products sold through CelestialPearl.com are sold AS IS, no exceptions. I do my absolute best to ensure the superior quality of the products & services rendered via this website. Quality control and customer satisfaction are my no. 1 priorities!

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS: Both digital and traditional original paintings are currently available on this website only (with a few exceptions on Etsy instead). Each original painting bears the artist’s signature AND the artist’s thumbprint. Original digital paintings will always be accompanied by a Standard Certificate of Uniqueness. It is worth noting that all unsold original paintings in my possession at the time of my death will be destroyed with me, so be sure to snatch them up while you still can!

Ordering

All orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Ordering products on this website is easiest using PayPal's integrated shopping cart. Mail orders and mail-based forms of payment are also perfectly acceptable - please contact Celestial Pearl for more about this.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full before shipping will occur. Celestial Pearl Productions currently accepts payment via PayPal, money order, personal checks (must be cleared with the bank before shipping will occur), cash (*conceal it well*), or Western Union services. Shipping

Celestial Pearl Productions ships to all 50 states in the U.S.A. as well as to every country worldwide. *SHIPPING IS CURRENTLY FREE FOR ALL ORDERS SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS WITHIN THE U.S.A.!* All orders are shipped promptly upon completion. By default USPS is used but alternative shipping services may be used. Shipping prices vary depending upon the carrier utilized. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and up-to-date shipping address. Estimated shipping times may be affected due to holidays or reasons beyond Celestial Pearl's control. Celestial Pearl Productions is NOT responsible for any customs/import fees relating to international orders.

Returns

All products sold AS IS; No Returns. Full refunds can be issued upon request within 24 hours of order placement. After that time, all sales are final. Exchanges may occur only if the customer receives an incorrect order.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information submitted to Celestial Pearl Productions will never be shared or sold to any outside party. All order information is kept strictly confidential and only used for the purpose of fulfilling the customer’s order. All online transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure server where no outside party is able to view your financial information.

S.C.U.s & Digital Art

Celestial Pearl sometimes sells digital art, or art created using a computer & image editing software like Adobe Photoshop. This poses a unique problem when it comes to selling original artwork that has been created in such a way. Standard Certificates of Uniqueness are used by Celestial Pearl to help ensure the customer that theirs is the one and only original of the digitally made artwork, and you can learn more about CP's use of these certificates HERE.
